Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of iMediq ("we", "the service", "the app") through our Telegram bot, iOS application, and web Mini App. By using iMediq you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Medical disclaimer. iMediq is an informational tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It cannot replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read in the app. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

1. What iMediq does

iMediq helps you organize and understand your laboratory results, track medications, and receive general wellness reminders. All analysis, interpretation, and recommendations produced by the app are informational only and must not be used as the sole basis for any health-related decision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use iMediq. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for safeguarding access to your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete data.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through Telegram Stars or CryptoBot and are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the respective payment provider. Refunds are handled according to the payment provider's policy.

6. No medical relationship

Use of iMediq does not create a doctor-patient or other professional healthcare relationship between you and us. We do not employ or direct any healthcare professional, and we do not review individual cases. The output of the service is generated in part by automated AI systems that can make mistakes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMediq and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including any decision or action you take based on its output. You use the service at your own risk.

8. Changes to the service

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that reduce core functionality.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if operating your account becomes technically infeasible. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the user's country of residence where mandatory consumer-protection rules apply, and otherwise by the laws of Germany. Any dispute shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation.
